Orange County Surf Forecast - for Friday - 2/19/2010

Mostly weak waves on Friday morning…average spots holding around ankle-knee high with a few waist high sets sneaking into the top spots. The standout SW breaks, mostly through South County, will be more consistently in the knee-waist high range with some chest high sets sneaking through at times.
Winds will be S-SE around 8-12 knots for the morning and it looks like scattered showers moving in as we move throughout the day. Look for SW wind around 10-20 knots by the afternoon and periods of heavy rain.
