Orange County Surf Forecast - For Tuesday - 1/26/10

Look for new WNW-NW swell moving in on Tuesday…some funky S winds and rain as well.
Average W facing spots will be in the chest-shoulder high range with some less consistent shoulder high sets. Standout WNW-NW facing spots, mostly through the North County, will have more consistent shoulder-head high surf with some overhead+ sets on the lower tides.
Winds will be out of the S-SE in the morning…not totally blown out early, but possibly a little bumpy in some of the more exposed areas. A few of the more protected spots will be pretty clean if the winds stay more to the SE. Rain and cool air temps will be on tap throughout the day. Look for the winds to shift around to the S-SSW around 10-15 knots by the afternoon.
